Bad Coverage

"Oh, and since you no longer have a source of gold, we'll be taking your child away, likely training it as a warrior and enlisting it in the same dark army its father was part of, just to be killed horribly, and PROBABLY by the very same douche-bag hero. 1. And now the circle is complete.

I find it amusing that the video game industry has become so infested with former TTRPG designers that it’s converged to exactly the same play experience such that people who have never played D&D can make the exact same jokes.

Haven’t heard a Monty Python and the Holy Grail reference in a while, though.

  2. Hope she’s covered for “really unnatural causes”!

    1. For some reason I think monster coverage is really lacking 😉

  3. Those barbarians never think about the children! Neither do the rogues or the mages.

By the way, how the heck do you get the Gravatar to show up? I signed up and everything, but I don’t know how to make it appear on this page…

Hmmmm, if you signed up it should start working since that’s what we have set up here. Are you sure the image you uploaded to Gravatar worked?

      1. Hang on… Think that’s got it.

        1. Yep, that worked 🙂

    2. The children aren’t worth experience points alive.

      1. He he he, nice 😀

  4. This would never happen if they had Canadian Insurance.

    1. They would have been given some condolences poutine instead.
