In the Batman universe, they thought it over, and decided “Let’s put all of our psychotic villains with super powers in one building”. I suppose it’s no wonder one escapes every Tuesday.

I’ll never forget the Batman episode where Catwoman escaped by going into the ladies room and Batman was too much of a gentleman to go in after her. 😛
I never questioned this growing up but now this bothers me as it makes Arkham seem more like a weekend resort than a prison.
